Pet Stay Terms and Conditions

Heaven’s Rest B&B welcomes house-trained cats and dogs. For other pets, please contact us directly before booking.

• A maximum of two pets are allowed per cabin.
• For dogs:
       • Small dogs (18 kg or under): Up to two dogs allowed.
       • Large dogs (over 18 kg): Only one dog allowed.
• A pet fee of $20 per night applies.
Guide dogs and pets that remain in vehicles during the stay are exempt from the fee.

Guests are responsible for:

• Bringing a blanket or bed and keeping pets off furniture and beds.
• Ensuring pets are never left unattended in cabins. Cats or small dogs must be in a cage or pet box when unattended.
Leashing and supervising pets at all times in outdoor common areas.
Cleaning up droppings and disposing of them properly.
• Ensuring pets do not disturb other guests’ quiet enjoyment.

Heaven’s Rest B&B:

Is not responsible for the care of pets in a guest’s absence and waives any liability.
• Reserves the right to charge for any damage or extra cleaning required due to pets.
• May charge for lost revenue if a cabin or area is made unavailable due to pet damage.
• May ask guests to vacate the property if a pet causes ongoing disruption or operational issues.
