Standard check-in time starts from 3 pm and check-out time is until 10 am. For any special requests regarding check-in or check-out times, please reach out to us directly.
You can make a reservation directly through our website, by calling us at +64 22 312 1462, or by sending an email to our customer service team. If you’ve booked through a third-party site, please follow their specific process.
The cancellation policy at Heaven’s Rest B&B varies based on the package you choose at the time of booking.
For our Best Available Rate, you can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 5 days before your arrival. However, if you cancel or modify later, or in case of a no-show, the total cost of your reservation will be charged.
For our Stay Longer & Save deal, you can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival. Like the Best Available Rate, if you cancel or modify later, or in case of a no-show, the total cost of your reservation will be charged.
We accept various payment options, including cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JBC. For our Kiwi guests, we also accept bank transfers.

We are located at 180 Mill Road, Bombay, Auckland 2675. Some car navigation systems may struggle to locate us accurately. We recommend using Google Maps or Apple Maps for accurate directions.
Yes, we provide free parking for our guests. We have ample space, even for larger vehicles or trailers. If you plan to arrive with more than one vehicle, please contact us in advance.
Yes, we can provide an extra king single bed in our Kakapo Wing and a sofa bed in our Kea Cabin. Please note, however, that our cabins have limited space, so setup of a cot should be requested in advance. We offer a cot free of charge upon request and availability.
We don’t serve dinner at Heaven’s Rest B&B. However, a variety of good restaurants are just a 10-minute drive away in Pukekohe. For high-end dining, Bracu Restaurant is a fantastic option. You can find some recommendation on our Neighbourhood Page.
While we encourage a smoke and vape-free environment, we understand some guests may need to smoke or vape. We kindly request that smoking and vaping is done outdoors on our deck only. Please be respectful of our property and other guests by ensuring you do not leave any cigarette or vape waste behind.

The Bombay Service Centre, just 800m away, features a small Four Square Supermarket open until 8.30pm daily. For larger grocery shopping, Pukekohe is only 8km away, with supermarkets such as Pak’nSave, Countdown, or New World.
